Booking & Cancellation Policies     •    A $10 non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment.     •    You may reschedule one time using the same deposit. Any additional reschedules will require a new deposit.     •    There is a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and 50% of the service price will be charged.     •    No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the service price.     •    Repeat reschedules and no-shows will require full payment upfront for future appointments.     •    Two (2) no-shows will result in being banned from future bookings.     •    Due to time restraints, you must book each service in advance. Adding services upon arrival will not be allowed unless our schedule permits. If you have any questions about pricing or are unsure of what to book, message us!     •    Bringing extra guests- you are allowed to bring extra guests but please inform us ahead of your appointment as we share a suite and want to make sure every client is comfortable during their service. Service Satisfaction     •    If you are unhappy with your service, you must let us know before leaving your appointment.     •    Any fixes requested after leaving will be subject to an additional fee. Repair Policy     •    Within one week of your service, one lost nail will be fixed for free.     •    After one week, repairs will be $5 per nail.
